Role Overview:

As a Visual Designer at Manara, you will be at the forefront of our branding efforts, working closely with our Design Director and a tight-knit, efficient design team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating compelling, visually stunning brand assets that communicate our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop assets for social media, marketing for events, brand guidelines, and engaging presentations (or decks).
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to elevate our brand's visual identity.
Utilize Adobe Suite, Figma, Canva, Google Apps, and stay up to date with standard design tools and software to create engaging design solutions.
Contribute creatively to the ongoing brand revamp and product launches.
Engage in other fun design initiatives and projects that contribute to the brand's evolution.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Visual Designer or similar role, with a portfolio that showcases a clear, engaging, and innovative design aesthetic.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, Google Apps, and staying up to date with standard design tools and software.
Experience designing compelling presentations or decks.
An exceptional eye for excellent design, with a solid understanding of good design practices and principles.
Ability to create animations (such as GIFs) would be a significant bonus, though not required. Candidates not expert in animation but who meet our other criteria are encouraged to apply.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work fully remotely.
